Great job on the early runs Ellen, Dave, Grizzly, Flounder, and wonderingoutlaw.
Richard, hope your walk is fun.
kfuller, mailbox have smashing runs later today.
mom - Of course! Why wouldn't you r/b/s when you're sick?

Pretty sore today after my 18+ miler yesterday, though not too sore, I don't think. May try for a lunchtime run of 8+. Should go smoothly.

I'm more worried about two weeks from now. I'm scheduled for a 20 miler that weekend, and my sister-in-law is getting married--and I'm a bridesmaid. We are traveling to Tennessee for her wedding, and the schedule is as follows:

Friday - travel to Tennessee
Saturday - preparations for the wedding (will probably do the 20 miler in the am)
Sunday - wedding, so preparations all day before the wedding, wedding, reception, etc.
Monday - travel back to Omaha

Maybe the hotel will have a treadmill. If I were the one reserving the hotel rooms, I would make sure there was something in the way of a workout facility involved. But the reservations are not being made by me...

Have great ones, all.
