Just a swim workout for me today, see yesterday's thread regarding the end (for now) of my short-lived "closet run streak."

Matt - you are a smart man. Easy to nip those pains at their early stage.

6 miles in rain but warm enough not to be miserable in. Legs were heavy from the yesterday's run but felt well toward the end. 2000m swim in the evening while the kids were in the Japanese class.
Shooting for 60miles this week. The groin tightness hadn't changed much in spite of the volume ramping up while everything else seems to be working well.

Bagged the swim, can't tell if getting sick or just really tired from half a dozen interruptions to last night's sleep (kids nightmares, a lost earring, blah, blah, whatever GO THE EFF TO SLEEP!!!!).

Isn't there a book out with that name now? I could have sworn I read something about it.

In any case, 55 minutes on the trainer. Looking forward to starting with the coach again on 2/6. I need some direction. I think my get up and go got up and went. (A little schoolhouse rock phrasing for those who remember.)

Yes, a "kids book." Pretty hilarious, and they even got Samuel L Jackson to read it.

Yep, and you only work with numbers for a living! ;-)

No numbers on the board for me for Monday. Three more 13+ hour Mondays (work + class), and I may be able to start posting Monday workouts.
