Today was supposed to be a rest day, but since I will be on the plane tomorrow, I decided to do a short, recovery run today.<br><br>

Equinox - that's some detailed report! Good run.<br><br>
6 miles this a.m. before sun up due to heat. Still 90 index. 5.5 miles tonight after sundown for same reason. Both runs at 7:45 avg. Too fast really but felt good.<br><br>
Hope the hacks are gone for good.<br><br>

17 miles today... on the dreadmill. i swore i would never do that again after my 15 miles.. but i did. it rained hard all day and there were flooding advisories so i didn't feel like running outside. i vow that is my last dreadmill run of that distance (hopefully those are not famous last words.....)

60 minutes on the elliptical followed up by stretching and ab work. One hour of yoga this evening.
