Long run this morning at 6 am. I had hoped to get out at 5 AM but I was tired so I slept in. I thought the course I was running was 16 miles but my garmin is now telling me that it is 17.95 miles. <img alt="bom.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/bom.gif"> So anyway. The total distance was 17.95 miles in 2:35:48 for a pace of about 8:40. I felt pretty good except for the fact that some a-hole stole my water bottle that I put out last night at the turn around point of my run.
