Long run this morning at 6 am. I had hoped to get out at 5 AM but I was tired so I slept in. I thought the course I was running was 16 miles but my garmin is now telling me that it is 17.95 miles. <img alt="bom.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/bom.gif"> So anyway. The total distance was 17.95 miles in 2:35:48 for a pace of about 8:40. I felt pretty good except for the fact that some a-hole stole my water bottle that I put out last night at the turn around point of my run.

My head cold felt a bit better today so I decided to get back with the program.<br><br>
20 min on the mill, but today I tried a bit of slow jogging along with some walking. No pain, so thats good. I took it real easy though didnt want to push it.<br><br>
Then 15 min on the bike.<br><br>
So far, so good! <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif">

6 miles on the TM at an easy pace, but faster than last week. I will do another 4 tonight. I am getting faster and lighter almost daily. By the end of the month I think I'll be capable of beating Geb!

Did 11 miles in the real world yesterday...did 11 minutes on the elliptical today...I think I'm an 11 minute man. <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif">

Swam 14 laps of the pool mostly with a paddle board,but it's getting easier to do the back stroke.<br><br>
Still not able to swim on my front though.<br><br>
All my laps are getting faster too.
