I restarted my Boston training after 5.5 weeks off - No reason but depression<br><br>
I started on 3/2 which gives me around 7 weeks to go from struggling to run 4 miles really slow to enjoying a marathon.<br><br>
Last week was 40 miles, this week will be a lot more<br><br>
today was 5.5 at lunch and 9.5 after work + Weights<br><br>
Tomorrow is a recovery day
