Good morning all,

Thanks so much to all for the comments about yesterday's race. I still can't believe it myself. I mean, I knew I could break 70:00 on the right day, but to blow it away by that much...wow. Now, I've got to start adjusting a lot of my time goals. I know, nice problem to have.

Meanwhile, let's see if this works...no promises, but here's a picture from yesterday! If not, try the link below.

http://www.mcrrcphotos.com/gallery/4...066_Zhhqs-A-LB

Off day for me today. My legs don't feel too bad after the race yesterday but I am definitely sleepy today. But I can't wait to get back at it tomorrow.

Brian - on the recovery, if it's just short, like 1:00 or so, drop it way down to a jog. Good luck, sounds like a great workout.

RichardC - nice job on the swim. I'm pretty sure I can't swim that fast.

Dan - good luck with the workout. I bet that sling makes the dog nuts!

SGH - I look forward to reading your race report. Haven't yet but I will.

Dave - I think you can definitely get to 5:40/mile pace for 1.5, esp. at race time when you're properly tapered. It will be a snap for you.

Loopy - nice run this morning

Alex - glad to hear you'll get outside today. Have a great run.

Back later to catch up on everyone...
