Awesome tempo run on the TM this morning. Winds were 25+ MPH so I decided to stay indoors. I did 8 miles with 4 @ 8:41 and felt nice and relaxed at the end of the run. Good way to start the week.

Last week was a bit of a dissappointment. Life, you know, that stuff that intereferes with running, got in my way and I only made 23 miles last week. Glad this one started off well. I'm slated for a pretty hefty week this week.

I was shocked to find it to be 55 degrees out at 6:00. I did 4.2 miles, and then hit the gym. I thought about doing more, but my wife and I had an appointment this morning and thus I was on a tight schedule.

Good afternoon (actually today is the 18th). I had a decent run at my gym this morning, but it was really really warm in there. I did a one mile w/u and c/d, and ran 3 more miles. Felt good when I was done, but now I'm dragging (it's that dreaded 3pm time when we all get tired & crabby). Maybe a cuppa coffee is in order.

Tomorrow I'm taking a day off from exercise and I'll try to sleep an extra 30 mins in the morning.

IncPe: I decided to join the tempo run.. did three miles total just above my 5k pace. then core work. RCL... I an only dream of that... I would be in absolute heaven with 38 degrees. Riley thanks for the correction!
