Monday I got in 2 miles walking, 1 hour weights and Core.<br><br>
Today.. just got in 2 miles walking 4 degrees outside Brrrr... tonight I am hoping for 2 hours running however I am reallly going to slow down my pace and just get in the time. plus I think I am going to walk another 2 miles tonight with my wife.
I really took it easy last week as I think I had overtrained and needed the rest. But I hated taking that extra DOR!!! I'm back to normal starting today and I'm looking forward to extending my long run this weekend.<br>
3 miles tonight. And additional calorie reduction starting today as my caloric intake has crept up a little recently and weight loss is stalled.<br><br>
Rest days here too. This is my recovery week, end of the first 6 week cycle... mileage/time/days will be cut by about 50%.<br><br>

Tonights 10 miles SUCKED!<br><br>
I ran on concrete tonight and about mile 4 I reallly needed to find a place to drop the kids off at the pool.... Ahh there is a radison... than one of my toes seemed to start rubbing at about mile 7... than some weirdo was lyeing down in the middle of a city trail????? shin muscle is sore and abit swollen... but it is over!!!! ice and rest tonight and tommorow than another 10 on THursday
