<p>I agree with Mike that it is impressive that you've been able to hit all of your quality workouts and be in such a position of strength. Just be diligent from here on out in listening to your body. Do that and no doubt you'll feel stronger in the later stages of the marathon.</p>

<p>No milestones for me... my body has been feeling beat up. It needs for the cold to snap and stay that way. Cold is always hard on my joints. I have been running slightly slower than I had at this time last year, but I've been working toward closing that gap. I'm not there, and I don't know that I will get there, but I am trying with the proper workouts. No worries... those things happen.</p>
