I hope everybody had a great day with their families.<br><br>
Wy wife and I did a 5 mile walk with the two dogs..<br><br>
then I did a 4 mile run with Fartleks at the last two miles. (just to break it up a bit)

6 very easy miles + weights and then way to much beer and may to much food

I squeezed in an easy 3.25 miles early in the morning before the family got up. Heck, I could have done a long run by the time the kids got themselves up. I guess opening presents on Christmas morning doesn't carry quite the same excitement for the kids when they become older.
