Wishing you a warm, peaceful Christmas!
it is our tradition to run in the morning near BIL’s house (west of Cleveland).. but we didn’t pack running gear lol…. 24th was a crazy day and pretty chaotic until we left at 3ish (planned to leave like 1pm). Having PIL for two days and dealing with their packing and other stuff, in addition to our own packing for a Christmas visit to BIL and the backpacking trip directly afterwards put us in a scattered-brain mode.
Anyway, we walked for ah hour, on snow-covered sidewalk. That’s it.
Did you do any workout?!?
