Hi Everyone-

Now that work is a little less intense (I hope, I hope), I am going to try and post more this summer. GREAT job Solar--I can't imagine doing tri's at all and speedy run time! Go, NCRG and healing to both Moonie and Bob.

I hope you figure out the cracking, Kath. Heh.

KP ROCKED it at Bayshore--and I predict good things in his future. I was originally going to run that but had a wedding to attend. However, I did run MedCity and finally have two running things to report this spring--one is that I ran my fastest mile every in RFTC a few weeks ago. (7:50 thanks to a little help from a pacer). Still wasn't a PR for that distance, but you know, RFTC's are so crowded at the start, it's hard to get any kind of speed on.

Today I ran MedCity (thankyouthankyou to Jenn who fabulously hosted and sherpa'ed me--she got up at 5 AM!!) It was pretty hilly course, but I was really happy with my results considering I'm not the best racing shape. 2:08:30 clock time, 2:06:24 garmin.I really felt like I gave it what I got right now, and had neg. splits for almost every mile except for a huge hill--my last mile my fastest at 8:51. I'm hoping for a good training summer and really hope to make it into the TCM 10 miler--it's my goal race.

Hope you are all well--I've certainly peeked in from time to time and watched your wanderings on FB. Welcome to summer!

OH!! BigG and I met Carrier Tollefson and she was very kind and supppperrrr tiny, but apparently rushed so we didn't feel OK asking for a photo. We also were going to see her speak, but when it came right down to it, had other things to do.

"Sorry, we know you are an important Olympic athlete, but we're kinda busy..."
