What gives? Kinda like when you go...then every once in a blue moon you say OUCH! (after you go).<br><br>
Well-Sometime before 4AM I got woke by that same special feeling.<br><br>
I had non-poo bum pain a few weeks ago.<br><br>

Prolly a bit of spasm in the muscles in/around the rectum/lower large intestine. As long as you're not having any blood or anything I wouldn't sweat it.
