MC's running mix

Okay, so I've gotten an iPhone. I absolutely lurrve it. I haven't used the iPod capabilities much except to learn French with my Pimsleur system in the car. Now that I'm doing more indoor running with our wintery weather, I'd love to listen to some music on the treadmill. I remember reading about MC's running mix and liking the selections...anyone know where I can find these mixes?<br><br>

My DS #2 gave me a mix. He's an oh-so-cool 24 year old from Montreal, and he gave me some stuff from this DJ called "Girl Talk". It's kinda quirky and has a good beat for running. Sort of like hiphop mixed over 70s music. Patrick claims that he's the next big thing in music, at least in the Montreal area, and that his mixes are played at a lot of clubs.<br><br>
I have no idea how to post a link to my music or else I'd try!<br><br>
