<p>Here's my plan for the coming week. I'll enter the totals from last week later.</p>

<p>This week is supposed to be another build up week, ending in a 10 on Saturday and 20 on Sunday. That didn't work out so great last time I tried it, so hoping for better results this time.</p>

<p>Monday: 2.5 miles elliptical, 18 minutes U/B weights; 4.1 mile EZ run after work, .3 mile walk</p>
<p>Tuesday: 6.2 mile tempo run (7:50 avg)</p>

<p>I think this will be my last post here on Kick.  I've been over at Runningahead for a few years now, using the running log over there since Coolrunning went south. </p>
<p> </p>
<p>My plan for this week is rather nebulous so far.  Lots of travel, and recovering from Saturday's 10k, so will plan recovery jogs and core work & stretching.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Monday..........................<strong>3.5</strong> miles recovery with strides.</p>
<p>Tuesday.........................0, stretch, core (abs).</p>
<p>Wednesday....................<strong>5.0</strong> miles recovery with strides, stretch, core (pushups).</p>
<p>Thursday........................4.5 - 6 5 (<strong>5.0</strong>) recovery, stretch, core (abs)</p>
<p>Friday............................<span style="text-decoration:line-through;">6.0</span><strong> 7.0 easy</strong> or recovery with strides, stretch, core (squats and pushups)</p>
<p>Saturday........................0, but lots of shoveling rocks and dirt.</p>
<p>Sunday..........................0</p>

<p>One of my goals for 2011 is to run 1500 miles, and as of April 30 I was on pace to only reach 1300. I need to increase my weekly mileage but I don't want to do that this week - I ran harder on Saturday than I origianlly intended to.</p>

<p>Like Erika, it's supposed to be a build-up week.  But what the written plan says, what I set out to do, and what's actually going to get done will be three different things.</p>
