I will edit this post to show the individual and gender standings throughout the week.<br><br>

Hey, ya Stud! Do we get opulent crowns or tiaras for winning by the week like in the plank challenge?<br><br><b>M</b> - 90 minutes (60 pool running, 30 minutes PT exercises/stretching)<br><b>T</b> - 85 minutes (45 strength w/o, 20 plyo, 10 stretching, 10 PT w/u exercises)<br><b>W</b> - 60 minutes pool running<br><b>T</b> - 90 minutes (30 rowing, 10 mins PT w/u exercises, 50 mins gym w/o #2, 10 minutes stretching)<br><b>F</b> - zip<br><b>S</b> - 80 minutes (30 rowing, 50 strength w/o, stretch)<br><b>S</b> - 60 minutes (45 rowing, 15 PT exercises/stretch)<br>

Sun: <b>none</b><br><br><b>total of 95 min of Xtraining from me.</b>

Can we count stretching? If so...15 minutes stretching.<br><b>Thursday</b>-40 minutes freezing rain biking<br><b>Friday</b>-0<br><b>Saturday</b>-4 minutes planks, 15 minutes stretching<br><b>Sunday</b>-4 minutes planks, 15 minutes stretching

Monday - 110 mins total: 75 mins TrekMill, 35 mins core/stretch<br>
Tuesday - 70 mins total: 45 mins TrekMill, 25 mins core/stretch<br>
Wednesday - 25 mins total: 25 mins core/stretch<br>
Thursday - 100 mins total: 35 mins TrekMill, 30 mins core/stretch, 35 mins bike<br>
Friday - 75 mins total: 45 mins TrekMill, 30 mins core/stretch.<br>
Saturday - 20 mins total (core). <i>Many</i> hours stuck in Xmas traffic! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/mad.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Mad"><br>
Sunday - 105 mins total: 45 mins TrekMill, 30 mins bike, 30 mins core/stretch.
