<ul><li>The women won handily in total minutes.</li>
<li>The men squeaked by with just a few more minutes per capita.</li>
<li>Eight of the 15 women participating recorded higher than average XT numbers, but only four of the 11 men participating did so.</li>

The panel of impartial judges hired by the women's team hereby award the <b>overall title to the women's team</b> for their enthusiastic participation and well-rounded team effort. Well done, ladies!<br><br><b>Individual Titles</b><br><br><span><b>Sans Souci</b> <span style="color:#000000;">won the women's crown by a generous margin. Those JibJab clips are a hoot! Thanks Choover! I'm not even going to see what it takes to do one of those... I think I'd get absolutely nothing done the rest of the day!!<br><br>
I agree that this contest prodded me to do cross training on non-running days when I'd have just sat around. So for that, thanks! I admit to not posting some of my workouts though, so really about an hour or so short in the final tally. Just not enough time in the day somedays (see above note about JibJab....).<br><br>
