MmmmmMarch! Today, so far, it has snowed, rained, shone brilliant sun, galed, and rained again. Must be March.

We've had some great long runs as folks wind up for their spring races - it's time to show off what you did! I'll collect and post total miles run and walked in the month of March. The thread will stay open until the evening of April 2, when I'll do all sorts of crunchy stuff.

Let no mile go uncounted!

Early start this month - still 3 days to go! After a relatively disappointing February with some achilles issues I was back to full training this month. Looks like i'll finish up around 340 if the weekend pans out as planned. more than the original schedule due to a big week caused by adding some easy doubles into my routine.
Update, Sunday night
Assuming I do my 10 tomorrow, I'm 356, a new PR
Biggest week 107
YTD 869

This has been month #2 of my hamstring injury recovery, though the first month was pretty much spent in denial of said injury.... Now with a lighter teaching schedule ahead of me, as well as fresh new orthotics and the definite signs of spring on its way, I'm fully ready for April.

But as for March... 23.31 miles. Mustang Mom and Millbot (nice alliteration there, btw), no worries, I gots your backs.

This month was a big one for me...I kept up my weekly mileage in the 50's, which I've never, ever done before. And without any injury!
