<p>Last week I developed a painful knob on my achillies tendon about 4 inches up from attachement - It just means I have to run slow.  I ran 164 slow miles last week with 34 on TM on Saturday.  I have not run today yet - boo hiss - Feeling lazy.</p>

<p>Did I see the famous Cgerber in my ultra-running magazine that just came out ??</p>
<p>Its just nice to see people you know (Sortof) in the magazine.</p>

<p>Its really nice when you know that person is gonna save you a beer to drink after you Leadville finish.</p>
