<p>I did not weigh this weekend</p>

<p>Last week I developed a painful knob on my achillies tendon about 4 inches up from attachement - It just means I have to run slow.  I ran 164 slow miles last week with 34 on TM on Saturday.  I have not run today yet - boo hiss - Feeling lazy.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Did I see the famous Cgerber in my ultra-running magazine that just came out ??</p>

<p>Finally heading back down. I had planned a half marathon on sunday night. The frickin snow came and I put it off to monday night. Sunny and 25 degrees sure as hell beats snow and 5 degrees. Loaded down with 6 lbs of winter clothes I still managed the half in just under 1:53. The long run seems to be my key to weight loss.</p>

<p>I see Grandma's is still open, and they are giving away some commerorative junk for their 35th year. I have given up on June marathons as too hot, but might reconsider this year.</p>
