<p>Just when I thought winter was over with we get dumped on. I did manage to get in a midweek 10miler in just under 1:19, but my Sunday long run was crap. Was going or 15 but managed only 11 in about 1:35. Feet and legs were hurting, maybe from the fast 10 miler, so I shut it down. With winter over with (cross fingers) I should start having good weeks. A little bit of attention to diet did get me down 2, just need more of that. And more miles.</p>

<p>Chris, hate to break it to you, water is 8.25lbs per gallon. You would only be 4 gallons lighter than last year, not 5. Keep up the good work.</p>
