<p>Another week, another pound.  Getting closer to that goal...  I'm starting to think 180lbs by Hardrock may even be reasonable.  That would put me 34lbs below what I started the race at last year.  It would be like running the race w/o carrying an extra 5 gallons of water!</p>

<p>Chris, hate to break it to you, water is 8.25lbs per gallon. You would only be 4 gallons lighter than last year, not 5. Keep up the good work.</p>
