<p>Pretty good loss last week... unfortunately it's because I was sick all week.  Fighting bronchitis, sinusitis, and an ear infection. I'd love to get a consistent month of training at some point this year.  *sigh*</p>

Today I'm back on plan and can expect 6-7lbs of water weight to drop off before Wednesday.</p>

<p>No change. A little disappointing, but not much. My diet was bad over the weekend. 35 miles for the week. The long run on sunday night went well. Half marathon in just over 1:49.</p>

<p>I was hoping to start hitting a midweek run of 10 miles with the sunday run approaching 20, But the friggin weather gods just dumped 5 inches of snow on us again. unusually cold until the middle of next week. Gah.</p>

<p>Still, performance wise I am 2 months ahead of last year. The weather will break soon.</p>
