Last summer a potter friend invited me to have a booth at a sale she and a few other potters have every summer. Found out last night that they're putting together a web site to support the advertising for the sale, so she needs a few things from me:<br><br>
1 - 8 pics of my work <span style="color:#808080;">(not a big deal.)</span><br><br>
2 - a head shot of me <span style="color:#808080;">(Can't say why this makes my skin crawl, but it does. This will probably end up being a candid shot of me throwing.)</span><br><br>
3 - bio/artist statement <span style="color:#808080;">(This makes me the most tense. 95% of the pots I make are functional. I'm not trying to make some profound statement or save the world, I just want to make something pretty.)</span><br><br>

morning gang, went to the benefit concert last night for the local food shelf, so fun to see the local talent perform.<br><br>
gonna run in a bit (9 miles) and then it is me and the kiddos all day, DW has her annual gathering with her highschool friends. I bought Mario and Sonic Olympics for the Wii last night and have not told the kids (or DW) yet, so we will be havin some fun tonight with that I am sure.<br><br>

At some point today I have to do some shoveling from the latest bazillion inches dumped on us, but first I'm walking downtown to my ART doctor and then having lunch at the local coffee shop.<br><br>
