<p>The weather finally broke for me a bit, but my training got completely derailed due to injury. I ran a strong 12 miler on Friday morning and had planned to get in a 20 miler this weekend. But somehow after my run on Friday I tweaked my lower back. And by "tweaked," I mean I could hardly walk and looked like a little old lady (felt like it too). I tried to run on Saturday, but there was no way I could handle the impact. Yesterday was just as bad. I am hoping to get out the tonight after work for a couple miles, but I am SUPER bummed. It iseems like training is just refusing to work out for me this season. I hope each of you are faring much better on the training front.</p>
