Good morning all! Here goes:

1. Why do you run?

To get in better shape, lose weight and feel better about myself

2. What is your greatest accomplishment?

Education: Bachelors in Computer Science
Work: several years successfully managing a music store with over a million in yearly sales - in a small town

3. What is your motto/theme song?

"Mandy"- Barry Manilow is so powerful and moving..... (insert screetching noise here) JUST KIDDING! This i sa pretty deep question to me. I could not think of any motto but what came to mind is when I realize I stumble I just try to ask God to help change me so I don't fall in the same way again.

4. How do you deal with bad runs?

If injured take time off, otherwise just keep going and don't quit- don't skip the next run.

5. Do you reward yourself for good runs? How?

No rewards. The feeling of accomplishment is enough.

6. Who do you admire most?

Parents: I think my dad can do anything. I've always felt like I was so safe and secure with him within reach. Mom for bravely battling MS for over 30 years now.

7. What is the greatest advice you have ever received?

LOL- one time an old roommate and I were about to begin a job when he said to me "ok, get started and act like you know what you are doing". hah

8. What do wish you had learned younger?

To not obsess about what other people think of me. To quit trying to be perfect to gain acceptance and just friggin' live! (actually this thread is even a part of this ongoing process)

9. What do you wish you could do but can't?
