<p>See TCM thread for more details, but I decided on Friday to stop training for TCM, and since then, I've felt much better about my running. It's interesting that <strong>KP</strong> posted his article on Friday because I made my decision on Friday morning. I'm going to focus on losing weight, getting my eating in line, strengthening my core, increasing my speed, and getting back to loving running. I think the marathon is awesome, but I don't have to run one every year. It's more important to love what I'm doing.</p>
