<p>a window with a view (so your neighbors can wonder why the heck your inside when it's 60f outside)............hey, we found it's not that expensive to dig a big hole in your basement....we did it at our old house because although we told the renters that the workout room was NOT a bedroom...we knew they'd use it that way) When I saw my old basement with a really nice window......I cried....."I would have stayed here"</p>
