Hellz ya! I'm gonna make some cookies after I brave the elements on my 10-miler! MMMmmm...I think choc-chip cookie dough covered brownies sounds pretty good.

My next door neighbor was sick, so I ran her trash can of recycling down to the recycling center for her.

Then I played around in my poor, neglected garden for a while, then went on a great run. I ran for 35 minutes without stopping. I know that's nothing for most people here, but it was a big breakthrough in my training. So I'm a happy camper.

I surprised DH with a 30 min back massage when he woke up yesterday morning. He just got to lay in bed while I got out the massage oil and really worked the knots in his upper back. Then I even whipped up his favorite breakfast of bacon/eggs/hashbrowns.

And since it was such a mild/dry day here in So. Oregon yesterday, I spent almost the entire day outside.
