This is a difficult one! I have a terrible sweet/fat tooth. I'm going to do it, though...<br><br>
I'm giving up store-bought sweets, particularly snack cakes. I love Twinkies, even though I know they're devoid of anything nutritionally sound. I prefer to make the snacks I send to school in my kids' lunches, but when pressed for time I opt for Twinkies. Guess who eats most of them?<br><br>
Actually, this goes along with one of my weight management goals for the campaign. I'm avoiding foods that I like but are available all the time. During this season my only indulgences are going to be on foods that are "special", and only available during the holidays.
