I tried Kefir. It's a yoghurt-like drink, though it's made from a completely different starter. Kefir has lots of pro-biotic bacteria that is supposed to be very good for your digestion.<br><br>
It's tasty: not as sweet as yoghurt, and with a tart, almost sour taste. I tried the Trader Joe's strawberry Kefir. I'm going to stick with it.
