<span style="font-family:Arial;">Yesterday’s run averaged 12min pace almost 11 miles. That was my ½ mary race pace last winter. Except I was Z2/3 this year and then it was 173 avg. So about 15 beats LOWER yesterday. Plus yesterday, I certainly wasn't toast. Could have easily gone longer. Given sufficient food/drink probably quite a bit longer... never run more than 3:30 but I could easily done that. After that 1/2 mary I was COOKED.</span><br><br><span style="font-family:Arial;">Just thought these were interesting. It's not the kind of thing you can noticed without the distance of time, but shows what a year of solid work can do to improve fitness.</span><br>
