Well done everyone. Some of your stories are impressive.<br><br>
Last week: 221.4<br>
This week: 217.8<br><br>
I upped the intensity and lowered the calories and it broke me out of a rut. I won't be losing 3.6lbs every week so I won't expect this again. I am happy with 1lb per week. I am down 7.2lbs since January 1st.<br><br>
My goals are 210 by mid-April and 195 by mid-August.
Monday is my weigh-in with a do-over day for Tuesday. I had to take the do-over this week. 217.4 this week so 0.4 off last week. With last week's big dropped a little bit better than maintained I will take it!
