A margarita is definitely worth 1 lb.!!! Great job on losing the weight! So, remind me where you started? Do you have a goal for the year, season, month, etc?

I have lost a couple pounds over the past couple months, though I'm not really trying to lose weight. I'm aiming for lower body fat, though, and I've lost at least 2% since Oct. 31!! I LOVE my body fat scale!
oddly, I lost 4.5 lbs last week, and while I was good about exercise, I really was not that good about diet. that puts me down 2 lbs since Jan 7 which I'm ok with (I went on vacation and ate lots of cheese and beer while I was gone).

only 78 lbs to go. *sigh*
Well done everyone. Some of your stories are impressive.

Last week: 221.4
This week: 217.8

I upped the intensity and lowered the calories and it broke me out of a rut. I won't be losing 3.6lbs every week so I won't expect this again. I am happy with 1lb per week. I am down 7.2lbs since January 1st.

My goals are 210 by mid-April and 195 by mid-August.
Guys, you're doing awesome! Way to step it up, Dougie.

I was going to weigh in today, but a snow storm has kept me at home (I weigh at the YMCA). So, it'll have to wait until Sunday. I'm bummed, because I can feel a big difference, and wanted to see if the scales showed it. I wore a pair of pants yesterday that I haven't fit into all winter.
Finally got around to weighing in today. I think about a 1/2 lb down from last week. I'm solidly 128, last week I was closer to 129. Not too bad. 4 down from Jan 1. But, I'm baking cookies for Matt to take to a party at work tomorrow, and it's not easy for me to stay out of the dough!
Monday is my weigh-in with a do-over day for Tuesday. I had to take the do-over this week. 217.4 this week so 0.4 off last week. With last week's big dropped a little bit better than maintained I will take it!
