I'm with Julie, waiting for tomorrow. I've been weighing everyday and had some discouraging fluctuations - from gaining 2 to 4 lbs. Not sure if it's
A. The scales at the Y are faulty or someone is messing with them
B. Gaining muscle over my fat = more weight
C. I'm holding onto water because I'm working out more lately
D. I'm just eating too much

A-C seem like cop outs, but I've been so super diligent about eating and exercising that I'm wondering. I decided not to get discouraged - it's really only my 2nd week of increased workouts and eating better.

back to 232. Even though I have been a mega-lazy-useless-POC this week.

Ooh, Thursday was good for me too - down 0.5kg. But it's probably an anomaly caused by missing breakfast and lunch Wednesday while working all day (physical job), then doing a fairly solid training session. All I had during the day were two cans of Coke due to me leaving my wallet at home - had planned to pick up breakfast on the way to work, and buy my lunch. Oops.

Start weight last sunday am 166.6

Weight in on monday am: 162.2

I swear this is it for me. From a lifetime of not eating well I finally hit the wall, I am sick of it, sick of feeling stuffed, sick of feeling yuck after a bad meal. I have taught myself over the last 9 days about portion control (and honestly, I have NOT felt hungry), I have taught myself about eating healthy foods and what I am eating is very very tasty ad easy. Just keep the weight loss coming. Still have over 18lbs to go.

By the way, anyone see the Spirit of the Marathon??

Deanna Kastor, 2004 bronze olympic medalist. Must be about 5'4' and weighs about 100lbs. She east 5,000 freaking calories a day!!!! Can you imagine???

Bloated and it's just about that time of the month, so I guess that explains it? I have been super good about following my plan, so don't understand.

Hopefully next week is a couple of pounds.....

Julie - don't get discouraged. I feel like I'm going up and down (more up than down) and have ramped up my exercise and am making better food choices. Sometimes I think there's more of a delay than we'd like.

So, me? holding steady from last week (thankfully, since I was up like 4 lbs earlier this week)
Start: 132
This week: 130
