Good week last week. I ran 20.6mi and did 1 1/2 hrs of yoga/strength/stretch. It feels good to be building back the volume. The scale has been kind thanks to the hard work.<br><br>
1/1: 225 lbs<br>
Last Week: 222.6<br>
This Week 221.2<br>
Overall: -3.8<br><br>
Keep on loosing that weight you looser losers!

Friday is my day......right now I am really bloated from my "freind"....girls do you remember when your mother called it your friend? With friends like that who needs enemies??? LOL<img alt="uhoh2.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/uhoh2.gif">

"Your Friend" is better than "The Curse"!!! Luckily for me, since I had a IUD put in I never have to see it!!!!<br><br>
I have been weighing in on monday mornings.<br><br>
Start 166.6<br>
Last week: 162.6<br>
Yesterday 162.2<br><br>
I was pretty happy with the only .5lb weight loss this week considering I was out of town all weekend and had to eat resturant food, plus went out to dinner with a friend before The Spirit of the Marathon and she insisted on ordering the mudpie. And she is like 5'6 and working hard at loosing that extra pound so she can be an even 120lbs!!!<br><br>
I am not planning on seeing huge weight loss quickly since I am really hoping on a life change here and not a diet per say.<br><br>
I have decided on a HUGE reward for me if I hit my goal of 145lbs. I want to get my teeth whitened. Too much coffee over the last 20 years. It helps to have something to look forward to.

Lost 3 pounds from post IM weight. I gained 10 after IM...so...errr...yah. LOL.

No change is better than a positive change! Waiting until my lunchtime swim at the Y. (I don't have scales at home). Fingers crossed. I started out the week good, but finished exhausted from work and grabbing food when I could find it at meetings, etc. So, we shall see...

I am stuck at 159...but my friend is in town<img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"> Next week training picks up again (rest week was nicely timed!) so hopefully I'll get down another pound. I would really like to be between 150-155, but I'm not motivated to change my eating habits! lol

I'll report..... I finally got "back on program" two weeks ago....so down 3.6 lbs the first week, and 2 pounds last week. We'll see on Tuesday how Superbowl weekend goes! <img alt="smile.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/smile.gif"><br><br>

129 - down one lb from last week, and -3 from Jan1. whoo hoo! I feel like the junk I've eaten over the last three days just hasn't caught up to me yet, though. I better turn it around quick or I'll be paying the price at next week's weigh in.<br><br>
Congrats looser losers!

This is a game I only like to play when I'm winning (losing)!<br>
I joined the PRT weight loss challenge, so I'm at least held to something for the next 8 weeks.<br><br>
I've been all over the place, but still all way below where I was just a few months ago. In fact, at my dr's appointment yesterday I was down 16 lbs from the last time I was there in December 2006. I told her the previous weight was an incredibly fat day and that I would never claim that number, no matter how far away I am from it right now!<br><br>
I had a rough week and am experience another bout of temporary anorexia/chocolate diet and dropped a few.<br><br>
1/1/08: 124.8<br>
1/18/08: 125.0<br>
1/25/08: 124.2<br>
2/1/08: 121.2<br><br>
My goal is 118-120, I don't think I could get below that and keep any friends (I do like my food and am not nice without it).<br><br>
Sadly I weigh less than I have since I was 14 and my stomach is STILL total jelly!
