I don't think they're finished with the migration yet. I had two "puppets" -- accounts I set up to keep running logs for my two sons. So far, I've only gotten e-mail notices on two accounts.

And I haven't found the running logs yet either. Though I think I remember that it's supposed to be set up under calendar???

If you got the email saying that your account has been switched over to active, it had a link that eventually led to this info (

What happened to my Cool Running log?

Your Running Log has moved to Active Trainer's Online Training Calendar. With Active Trainer, you'll receive 24/7 online access to a robust suite of online training tools, an easy-to-use calendar, detailed training reports, and daily training reminders. You'll have the opportunity to import your Cool Running data into Active Trainer.
How do I transfer my data and what data will transfer?

We have made all attempts to make the Cool Running data log migration process as simple and complete as possible. If you would like to transfer your data, please follow these steps:

1) Go to ActiveTrainer and log in with your Active Network's user account and password.
2) The system will direct you to a Merge account page and tell you that your account was upgraded by Click the button, Create an Account.
3) The system will direct you to the Import data page, where you can opt to transfer your Cool Running data to Active Trainer. Click on the "Transfer my Data" button to begin the Cool Running data transfer. If you choose not to import your data at this time, you can always go to the My Account Settings page and transfer your data later.
4) If you opted to transfer your data, depending on how much data you've logged in Cool Running, the process can take anywhere from 4 to 24 hours to complete. In the meantime, you can begin using the Active Trainer features and tools.
5) Once the transfer of data is complete, you will find your Cool Running data in the calendar and Shoe Tracker.

What do I get with my new log?

Active Trainer comes equipped with a host of features, including:

(1) An easy-to-navigate calendar allowing you to plan and log workouts.
(2) Shoe tracker integrated with your workouts.
(3) Map your running routes online to measure total distance and pace.
(4) A weekly training log showing planned versus actual workouts side-by-side.
(5) Graphs to display total training volume, planned vs. actuals and more.
(6) Helpful calculators for pace, BMI, caloric needs, race planner and more.

Can I access my old log?

You will not be able to access your Cool Running log through but your Cool Running Log data will be available in Active Trainer.

It seems as if your account gets automatically set up, and then you just have to initiate the actual merge of your data if you want to use the Active Trainer log. I went through the steps, and it said it was in the process of transferring my data. When I clicked around under the calendar link, I did see my info in there. So I guess it worked!
