Hi everyone! Its Janine here - aka jkv135. I am glad I found you guys, I have missed you! I was away after knee surgery last summer - couldn't take the race talk when I was hurting, but I am back & training again for a summer full of sprints if I have my way! I am a tub of goo since I have not trained but that is OK, Everyone starts somewhere even if it is a do- over. Hope you guys will have back a prodigal daughter.........<br><br>

Thanks for the warm welcome back guys! <img alt="blush.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/blush.gif"> To answer runningforT3, I started yesterday. Sad but true. I am going to spend a month building up a little foundation with lots of core work and some attention the the knee. I think after stretching lasy night, the left leg is a lttle outta whack from compensating too. It was tight as a rock.<br>
I have also re-hauled how I (& the dear family) will be eating. No more High fructose corn syrup(HFCS) and preservatives. And trying to stay away from 'fake' things in food. We will see how it goes. HFCS is in everything. Pure - highly processed - very fake - very bad for you sugar. I have been doing weight watchers, with limited success - a lo and behold - all the stuff is loaded with the HFCS. Even the 100 cal packs & the like. we will see how my weigh in next week goes sans the HFCS.<br><br>
