Yep, it was just 4 short years ago we were lazing around on a Sunday morning and decided on the spur of the moment to go watch the Tigers, walked up to the ticket window 30 minutes before game time with no line, bought tickets and got front row upper deck seats and watch the Tigers beat the Angels (at that time the defending world champions) 10-9 on a walk off home run by Brandon Inge. Ofcourse it was only 1 of 43 games we won that year(the game prevented an Angels sweep). Now I can't seem to find two seat together to go to a Tiger game this summer searching the internet 2 months in advance. Oh well, it is still more fun to have a team to be in contention. I am a Tiger fan living in New England and go back to Michigan about 2-3x a year and like to catch a Tiger game for my summer visits, it is not as easy as it used to. I guess that is a good problem to have though .

I was on-line when the individual game tickets went on sale a few Saturdays ago & couldn't get a ticket to save my life. I'll have to start sucking up to my friends with season tix. I do love to watch a winning team though!!
