LaT, that's a great way to get some miles in. I did almost that many myself last night, 7.81, the longest run since coming off the injury and 5k of that speedwork!<br><br>
Johnny, I know you're probably not even awake yet out there, but I thought about you this morning. I heard a Dead song on the radio. I remember seeing them here at the Zoo amphitheatre like it was yesterday. I went with two buddies, and it's funny to think about what's happened since then. One guy went to Hollywood, the other to Wall St. The second guy, Mark, ended up being my best man because he moved back here, and after a brief stint as a "Welcome Back Kotter" German teacher at our old school, is once again a banker here. I can just picture him in the boardroom, "Dude, you should have seen the Space Dancers over in those trees."<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.kickrunners.com/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="Very Happy">
