At night.

If I move the wrong way I get a shooting pain up my calf. It doesn't last long but it hurts and it wakes me up.

The last time I got them, I came to the conclusion that I was not eating enough nutritious foods. I KNOW that's not the case now.

What the hey?

is it a Charlie Horse? Intense cramping? If so, my grandfather always swore by drinking tonic water (it has quinine in it) and that seemed to work for me. Adding potatoes and bananas to your diet might help as well.
