I can send you the listing but it really has no more info. Old bungalow, it's little, 988sf, but 5660 sf yard which is AWESOME, and while it needs work, it's not a disaster. Worst things are the light blue sparkly tile bathroom (the whole thing...including the ceiling!) and the damp basement. Good things are the kitchen is old, but big and well laid out...I'd probably just put in a DW and change out the counter tops and floor. I'm worried the LR is too small, but I guess I can make anything work. BRs are small, but not too bad...maybe 10.5 x 10.5? I like the street, it's not too far from the T, close to the Arboretum, fenced in yard, and close to the village.

However, I just heard from my agent, the seller's agent is expecting 2 other offers today and I'm offering about 8% below asking so i suspect I won't get it.
