I know some folks here have prodigious running bra collections...but I am not one of them. I have just a few favorites and they are all more than a year old and chafing me. I have a little red line around the rib cage in front and it is to the point where the skin feels aggravated during my post-run shower with warm water and soap products. The chafing occurs even on short runs. For now, I'll switch to bra that is less supportive, but doesn't chafe.<br><br>
Should I get some body glide and use it regularly? Should I get a new bra? If I do get a new bra, how will I know it won't chafe?
