So has anyone tried these? The trainer at boot camp raves about them. Says they are easy to make and taste "just like chips." and help get the veggies in. I am trying to make them right now.. first batch burnt- oven too hot! This batch look better - crispy and green. I put pam olive oil spay on them salt and a little garlic-onion- pepper spice mix. BUT they still taste pretty (gack) green! I guess dipping them in a vat of sour cream dip would defeat the whole nutritional benefit! ...

I haven't made them, but I've thought about it. I saw the recipe in Competitor magazine. I'll see if I can find it. May have some cooking tips. I was going to cut them into chip size, then put some olive oil on them along with salt and pepper. What time and temp did you go with?
