Interesting month for me...lower mileage for 2 reasons -- recovering from a target HM in early June then starting on a new marathon training plan that utilizes heavy cross-training and focuses on quality running (i.e., no easy runs). So while running mileage is down, bike and swim distances are going up quickly, and that's after just two weeks in this program. Strength and core work suffered a bit, but I'll figure out how to work that in better.
