<p>For me, 115.5 miles in June, no races, PR's, or bigfoot sightings. Still don't feel like I'm back to normal, but I'm getting close.</p>

<p>143 June miles for me, including my first 14-miler in several months. This is the first time I've run this many miles in one month. Last December I ran 141, which is the second highest mileage month for me.</p>
