chances- I increased my mileage by 40% in July over June and I get no "love" from you. If you don't think that is significant, why don't you tack on another 40% onto your 322 in August? 440 is a respectable distance for a runner of your caliber.

You are just begging to stay in my dog house, aren't you?!?!

JIll and Mutt -- Yep, it's Chicago for me, most likely. But if RA can't host with some decent weather, I have no qualms about bagging Chi-town and opting for my hometown race the same day. (Thanks for the confidence, RA. We shall see. Tempo paces are nothing to write home about this time through. It's either age or the added mileage slowing me a bit.)

Mutt -- That's fantastic re the Michigan Marathon Boys. I'm sure RA and I will run into them in our corral. Good fellas, they are.
