<p>236. 1 lb less. pretty good considering it was a holiday weekend.</p>
<p> </p>
<p>Still injured. But I'm pretty sure it's just plantar and not a stress fracture.</p>
<p>Some days it doesn't hurt until I try to run.</p>
<p>Some days it hurts on the first step out of bed.</p>
<p>It's much much better than 3 weeks ago.</p>
<p>But probably another month of healing before I can start pounding.</p>

<p>I'm a little surprised (not really) to see my last check in was NINE WEEKS ago. holy crap. I won a weight loss contest in April and then started a new job in May where eating healthy was not on my agenda. Now it's July any the numbers... are predictable.</p>

<p>I don't have a scale down here in Silverton, where I'm hanging out this week prepping for Hardrock.  I feel about the same... high 180s or so. </p>

<p>Glad you don't have a stress fracture, Plugging Along.   Hang in there Steve... you're back on the wagon now, it will drop off fast.</p>
