<p>236. 1 lb less. pretty good considering it was a holiday weekend.</p>

<p>Still injured. But I'm pretty sure it's just plantar and not a stress fracture.</p>
<p>Some days it doesn't hurt until I try to run.</p>
<p>Some days it hurts on the first step out of bed.</p>
<p>It's much much better than 3 weeks ago.</p>
<p>But probably another month of healing before I can start pounding.</p>
