<p>236 lbs. whatever. Left foot feels better but still not running. Bottom of arch is still tender. What concerns me more is the pain through the center of the foot. It is just below the knob (inside) and runs throught the foot to the other side (outside), and sometimes along side the achillies, though it is not achillies. So another week of nuthin'.</p>

<p>In his blog flounder says he broke his arm at Dances With Dirt (DWD - Devil's Lake, WI).</p>

<p>Yeah, I heard through a Facebook friend that he fractured his radius in a fall.  That totally sucks.  <span><img alt="sad.gif" src="http://files.kickrunners.com/smilies/sad.gif"></span></p>

<p><span>I'm up about 10lbs from post-race swelling.  Ran the Hardrock Hundred last weekend.  I can barely open my eyes and my cankles are huge this morning! </span> About 196lbs.  Hoping to drop 8-10lbs by Wed. </p>

<p>Nice job on the loss Steve!  PA: hope you get that foot figured out soon, injuries totally suck, especially ones that take us out of the game.   Good luck this week, everyone!</p>
