Thank you a 100 times Julie! It was so good. I changed a couple of things. I used boneless/skinless chicken thighs and cut them up in cubes before I cooked them. When cooking the onions and garlic I had to add some olive oil since there was no fat left in the pan because the chicken was skinless.<br><br>
I also used garbonzo beans instead of canelli beans because that is what I had in the cupboard.<br><br>
It was super easy and soooooo yummy I already can't wait to eat leaftovers for lunch tomorrow!!!!
